Letter of Hamptons yesterday (It had been passed from the desk of you know who) for a 3 debt. Funny as I have never had a phone on that network, but nowhere near as funny as one of the lines; 'Our client Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd has therefore instructed us to asses your account for litigation purposes.
A great typo , and perfectly befitting the bunch of chimps!
I am sure they will litigate...haha...bring it on you useless twerps. I mean they always litigate over £40 for a none existant debt, don't they! I hope I can sleep tonight. |

| No it wasn't, just in a plain envelope from their Pre-Court Division.
Scarey (not). I desperately want them to take it to court but I hope they take their chequebook with them. Considering I've lived at the same address 14yrs & always been with the same energy provider & then all of a sudden these muppets are demanding £280 allegedly due to a different one.
Bring it on Moorcroft. |

| | Basic Account Holder | Re: Cheekiness towards a DCA I got a new DCA called CRS 01422431020 (anyone heard of these?)
They dont converse by post, they send these mad text messages - I've looked this up on the internet and EVERYONE reporting it says theirs says the same as mine "please call Sarah" - busy girl, Sarah - but when you call them, (it seems from the way they conduct themselves) that they are calling coz they dont actually have your address, it seems like a bit of a scam to try and GET your details so that they can then chase you for a debt - which may or may not exist. I want to play with these but first want to make sure they ARE a DCA and not just some dorks scamming for identity fraud - anyone heard of them? |
